This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Pixel Doodles ("we", "us") governing your use of Blueprint Lab (the web tool) and the BlueprintLabImporter plugin (together, the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own legitimate creative and development purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

— copy, redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Software, in whole or in part;
— reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the Software, except to the extent this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
— remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
— use the Software to build a competing product, or to misrepresent its authorship.

3. Ownership

The Software, its source code, design, vocabulary, and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Pixel Doodles. © 2026 Pixel Doodles — all rights reserved. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Doodles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss or project corruption — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement and the license it grants terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
