This policy explains what limited personal data this website handles, and how. This is a static website: it has no user accounts, no comment system, and no advertising or behavioural tracking.

Who we are

Pixel Doodles is an independent game development team of three people based in France. You can reach us through our contact page.

What we collect

The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject, and your message. We use it solely to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we keep only your email address, to send you a small number of updates (such as when Early Access opens); you can unsubscribe at any time. Both the contact form and the newsletter are processed by our hosting provider's form service (Netlify). Submissions are transmitted to us and stored only as long as needed.

Cookies & analytics

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not profile you across the web. To understand aggregate traffic — such as how many people visit each page — we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It sets no cookies and builds no personal profile, which is why this site needs no cookie-consent banner.

Fonts & embedded / third-party content

Web fonts are self-hosted — served directly from this site, so displaying them sends no request to any third party and shares nothing about you. The site also links to third-party platforms — SoundCloud and Discord. When you follow those links, the relevant third party's own privacy policy applies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosts, Netlify may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us. To do so, contact us through the contact page. Some data may be retained where required for legal, administrative, or security reasons.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated over time to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
